I’m really impressed with the work Mint Condition did on our house exterior. Our house probably hadn’t been painted in 25 years or more. The wood trim was in bad shape and the stucco had lots of cracks. I had another company give me an estimate and didn’t feel very optimistic afterwards. Jon did the estimate and was very thorough and realistic. He provided a lot of options that made sense for us to consider. We liked that he was a local SCV resident and had been in the business for years. We also liked that he provided a free color consultation. That was very helpful. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked really hard on the house for 5 days. Their stucco repairs were excellent. They sealed everything very well. They made the wood look as good as possible although we knew from Jon’s original estimate that some will need to be replaced eventually. The crew asked me questions to verify things throughout the week whenever issues came up. They were pretty clean and really knew what they were doing. I really feel like we live in a new house now. Great work!

Mint Condition Painting did a great job painting the inside of our house and touching up some of the trim on the outside. It was completely painless. The painters were always on time, they updated us on their progress, and even told us what to expect for the next day. The work was first-rate and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

We recently moved into a new home and contracted with John at mint condition for wainscoting, window framing, ship lap wall paneling, crown molding, and painting. The work performed was exceptional. Our general contractor has never seen such beautiful work. The staff was personable and in addition to the quality the job was finished earlier than expected and on budget. I will definitely use them again when additional work is needed.

Great work to replace a paneled wall with drywall, paint, crown moulding AND paint a wall of bookcases. Color match to existing wall color was perfect and painting our dark oak wall bookshelves white was quite a job. The crew was curteous, clean, thorough and attentive to detail. VERY pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Jon Green and his crew. Thinking of having them do some more crown in the adjoining rooms.

We were very pleased with Mint Condition Painting, Jon and his crew did a wonderful job, Gamma, Carlos, and Jose arrived on time every day, they answered all our questions, were friendly, and were very careful and neat. We really appreciated Jon helping us visualize what our house would look like by using a computer application to show us the paint schemes using the paint samples we selected from Dunn Edwards. I've already recommended Mint Condition to a co-worker. I'm sure they will be just as satisfied and happy as we were with the results.

Amazing work and attention to detail. Great estimating process and very fair price. John and his team painted our entire house house (3,000 sq. feet). We couldn't have tackled this without John's team who work so well together and can't do enough to make the project look great with the least amount of inconvenience. We've gotten so many compliments and the house looks so updated, clean and bright. Truly, thank you for knocking this update out the park.

Jon Green made a very good first impression when he came to provide the requested estimate for painting the exterior of our home. The crew arrived promptly on the designated start date, they were very friendly, hard working and did an excellent job. I was also very pleased with the cleaned they performed after completing the project.

I had Mint Condition Painting paint my entire exterior. I got 4 estimates and they had the lowest estimate. After reading all the reviews on Yelp and the website Nextdoor we decided to go with Mint. They did not disappoint. They were very helpful picking out the color of paint and brought over samples to and painted them on the house to nail down the right colors. The painting crew were here 5 days and cleaned up each day and let us know when they took breaks so my dogs could go outside and do their business.. The finished product is way way way better then I expected....I would not hesitate to use them the next time I need to get something painted...Thanks again guys!!
